BatraRajeev Batra is the S.S. Kresge Professor of Marketing at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He has published more than 50 articles in the areas of global branding, brand building and brand management, and advertising in journals such as the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, and others. Several of these articles have won awards for their extensive and long-term impact. He also has had research, consulting, or teaching relationships with companies such as Black & Decker, Citibank, General Electric, the Interpublic Group, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens Medical Systems, and Wipro. He holds a PhD from Stanford University and a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He resides with his family in Ann Arbor.

AmitavaAmitava Chattopadhyay is the INSEAD Chaired Professor of Marketing & Innovation at INSEAD. He is an expert on branding and innovation, and has published extensively in journals such as the Journal of Marketing; Journal of Marketing Research; Journal of Consumer Research; Journal of Consumer Psychology, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Marketing Science, and Management Science. For his research, he has received several awards, including the Robert Ferber Award, and has been appointed as a Fellow of the Institute on Asian Consumer Insight and the Ernst & Young Institute for Emerging Market Studies. Amitava is an associate editor for the Journal of Consumer Psychology and an area editor for the International Journal of Research in Marketing. He serves as a member of the board of the Association for Consumer Research.

Amitava consults for and has conducted customized workshops on branding and innovation for companies like Bayer Healthcare, Citibank, Diageo, Fresenius Medical Care, HSBC, Hyundai Motor Company, LG Electronics, Mahindra and Mahindra, Meritus Mandarin Hotels, Pernod-Ricard, Samsung, Tata Sons, and Young & Rubicam. He also serves on the advisory boards of several organizations. Amitava holds a PhD. from the University of Florida, a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a BSc (Honours) from Jadavpur University, India. He lives with his family in Singapore.

OzsomerAysegul Ozsomer is Associate Professor of Marketing at Koç University, Istanbul- Turkey. She is an expert on global marketing strategy, global brand management and market orientation. Her over 20 years of experience in research, consulting and teaching in the US and Turkey has resulted in many publications in journals such as the Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, and Journal of International Marketing. Her papers received several awards, the latest the American Marketing Association Gerald E. Hills Best Paper Award in 2011 for the 10 year impact made to research on entrepreneurial marketing.

Ozsomer has consulted for and delivered customized workshops on global marketing, branding, and marketing strategy for companies like Aygaz, Eddie Bauer, Koç Holding, REI, Turquality, and Uni Credito. Aysegul holds a PhD in marketing from Michigan State University, and an MBA and BA from Bogazici University, Istanbul-Turkey. She lives with her family in Istanbul where many successful global brands are emerging from and disrupting world markets.
